To whom it may concern When I decided to put my dad's house on the market, I decided I would stop by the office in Grafton on Cheyenne road. To my surprise the office was closed so I searched google maps and found Matt Zipter listed with a positive review so I called him and he said that he would meet me there in 10 minutes. He and I talked for about a half hour and I decided he was knowledgeable and he was willing to help me right away so we set up a meeting at the house and we talked about how best to move forward with getting the house on the market. Matt sent me a list of comparable homes and we came up with a fairly accurate list price for the property After a week on the market we received a offer but due to the fact that the property was in a trust we had an unreasonable time frame to accept the offer 12 hours Well after having a new offer with more time for the lawyer handling the trust to look over the contract, Matt was adamant about not letting this offer slip away so we came up with a new counter offer and it was exactly what we wanted for the house and signed the contract with buyers After the well and septic inspection being approved we closed 2 days later. I would like to say that I appreciate all the work Matt did for us to get the house sold so quickly ,proves that he was spot on about the price and the market. Thank you Matt Steve Hughes

Matt Zipter was a referral to us by Dan Wrolstad. Dan sold my parents home about 20 years ago and did a wonderful job and continued to stay in contact with my parents throughout the years. I trusted Dan's recommendation of going with Matt and he did not disappoint. Matt assisted me with selling my mom's condo. My mom had dementia and was not able to assist with selling. Matt was easy to work with, had excellent communication, was very transparent throughout the entire process. He came up with out of the box ideas to gain some walk throughs and the trust of fellow condo members. The pictures he took of the condo brought out the greatness of the condo, to a condo that needed some fresh paint and updates. He took care of things in a timely manner and was patient with us throughout the entire process. I would have written this sooner, but after selling of the condo things drastically declined for my mother and she has now passed. I hope that Matt is given the credit he so deserved with this selling.

Matt made things really easy for us in a quick sale and closing. He kept us informed. He saw at the beginning when things moved fast that there was some stress. So he would call to check on us and see if we were doing ok. He made the whole process smooth. On top of that - he was always cheerful and smiling.

Matt was wonderful!! He knew a lot of what the buyer would be interested in knowing as far as certain things he pointed out might be a concern for the places we looked at. He was always available for questions or concerns of ours. He catered to our every need as we had not been in the market for buying a home in a long while. He worked well with our lender and the seller of the house. Got back to us on a timely manner on all of our requests. If I ever would move again(not in my lifetime:) I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who does not know a lot of home buying stuff or whoever needs a really great realtor!
